Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 
To qualify for a return:

  Items must be unused and unworn

  Items must be returned in original packaging

  Proof of purchase is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  Custom-made jewelry

  Personalized products

  Engraved items

  Final sale items

  Products damaged due to misuse

 

Return Process

To request a return:

1.  Contact our support team at support@finorajewelry.com

2.  Include your order number and reason for return

3.  Wait for return approval instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

 

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.
